I have worked in organization where Direct Manufacturing Operations are in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by the organization. . Develop and implement ideas to maximize overall Plant productivity level. Support continuous improvement of our current products in terms of quality and cost. Lead, motive and develop employees through customer focus. And participate in yearly budget preparations. Actively participated in ISO – 9000, 5 ‘S, People development & Team building programme sponsored by ELECTROLUX KELVINATOR LTD (INDIA), I have 27 years of result oriented Techno - commercial experience in process management and manufacturing operations & Administration of high volume industries. Involved in study & implementation of MOST in all production shops and Union based manufacturing environment. Worked in problem solving teams. Have good organizational skill, and communication at all levels, and computer skills with the ability to interact. Ability to react quickly to change with Visionary leadership. Achieve results and meet deadlines., Actively worked in Quality management with full team spirit JDE & my SAP implementation in Warora plant as core team project leader in 2005 & 2006 resp. Liaison with All govt dept. like Safety, Labor ,Legal & for commercial matters. Team leader for Cost reduction projects & vendor development.& Inventory Control. Recently worked on erection & commissioning of 5 MW solar power project at VIL Warora & 2 MW Solar power project at MAHAGENCO Chandrapur.
